YOOOO everyone =D I'm back finally hahaha! and no Lu Min... I meant my annual family trip starts on 24th, not that it's our 24th one.. what I'm still young man! haha. Anyways OBS was kind of fun and I had to do a lot of tiring and interesting stuffs.. too bad I don't have any pics though. There may be some on facebook later.. not sure. We'll see =P

Anyways in OBS, was the first time I washed my own clothes.. or shoes.. or my own dishes. I can hear all of you gasping right now with eyes like O.O HAHAHAH!! no la.. I just seldom do chores. =p You know, I thought I had overpacked, but when I found out that bringing 8 shirts for a 10 day camp wasn't enough I started washing every single day. Until all our washing powder ran out. But thank god it was the last day already so we just stuffed the dirty bundle all in and went home hehe

ok so I'll post a recap of everything I did. Gonna be one looooooooong post XD

Day 1
Arrived at 2pm. Ate lunch at Marina Cove Resort(NEVER EVER eat there). Then at 2.30 I joined the rest of my group. My group or 'watch' as they call it was Berinchang. All the watches are named after mountains. For example there was Irau watch, Bubu watch, Camah watch etc. It's called a watch because they take after a ship's crew. Like in Pirates Of The Carribean, the crew is supposedly called a watch. After a short tour around OBS we had to carry our luggage up our dorms. Thank god we had the lowest dorm. Only 60 steps up. There was this dorm called Kinabalu. Freaking high up wei. Kena that dorm can die! Played some icebreakers after.

Day 2
We had to jog 3km to a place called Teluk Batik. After breakfast was some more icebreakers. A bit sien sien la the first few days. Later we did Intro to Belaying. At first I was pretty confused... was that even a word?! Looks like a malay word to me. You must always remember your ABCs during rope activities. 'A' for anchor. 'B' for belayer. 'C' for climber. Basically The climber climbs, the belayer tensions or slackens the rope for the safety of the climber, while the anchor is in case the climber falls down and is freaking heavy until the belayer can't tahan the weight =p Immediately after we were taught how to pitch a tent, do ropes and read from a map and compass. At night we were briefed on our jungle trekking activity the next day. Carrying a 10kg bag?!?!?! into the jungle!! Holy cow I thought I was gonna collapse and die halfway..

Day 3
Drizzling in the morning so we did flying fox instead of starting our trek straight away. pretty fun =) Not too scary but everybody seemed to be rotating in mid-air hahaha. After lunch started the long non-anticipated jungle trekking ><

Day4
After packing was the most difficult part... getting out. Nathaniel and I were navigators for the day. After getting our bearings(we had to pass 4 peaks before coming out of the jungle), we began our journey. Lunch was bread and sardines on peak 2. We had to wuickly eat and ciao coz bees started coming and chasing Nathaniel all around lol!! We came out of the jungle at 3.30pm. 6 and a half hours. Not a record but not too bad either. Apparently Irau had gotten lost. Some dude kena-ed 16 leech bites O.o and one of my freinds, Jer Venn, literally rolled down a hill and her head almost hit a big rock. Luckily her leg got caught in one of the branches so she stopped rolling just right before the huge rock. Scary.. Night time was singing time for us. Had to practise for our BBQ night.

Day5
After intro to belaying, now was time for the second rope course. It was really quite tiring and challenging for us girls. Guys did okay. One of my friends from Irau did a split in mid-air when going through the bloody tayars.. I can already imagine her pain.. ugh.. After lunch we built a raft with some pipes, empty drums and rope. We had to put our rope skills to the test haha! clove hitch followed by squarelashing to secure the pipes, and finally a clove hitch and some dead knots to end it. The raft kind of worked.. but I guess there were too many people on board coz the drums kept coming out and we ended up swimming in the sea instead XD damn fun!! haha

Day6
Solo camping day. Solo camping?!?! 24 hours without human contact. having to pitch up your own tent and cook your own fire. Do nothing but stare at the sky and monkeys for 24 hours. Okay so maybe we did sneak around and visit each other often XP and only one baby monkey visited me.. and at night instead of being scared of ghosts, we heard karaoke and mat rempits... lol!! it doesn't sound so scary now does it? hahaha. But yeah, I did have to pitch up my own tent, start my own fire and almost got my water bottle and mosquito repellant stolen by a baby monkey. Solo camping was quite an experience. I refused to cook anything. My planw as to eat fruits for lunch and canned sardines for dinner. But at night I saw everyone making a fire, so I decided to try. I used up 7/10 matches before I gave up. The instructor then came round and taught me how to make one. All I had to do was keep the fire going while opening the canned sardines. halfway through I had to pee. Holy cow. One hand was chucking wood into the fire while my mouth was blowing profusely. My other hand was pulling my pants down and i was trying to concentrate on peeing. not easy I tell you. At the same time I was praying nobody would come around and witness that...

Day7
Trek back to dorms was short and we were all very happy!!! Finally... solo camping was over wahahahaha. After resting and lunch, we learnt how to kayak, how to capsize and finally how to save someone who has capsized. At night was our briefing for our kayakking expedition the next day.

Day8
Kayakking expedition to Pulau pangkor took approximately 1 and a half hours. Not bad. My kayak partner was Matthew. All the girls had to pair up with a guy, unless you think your hands super strong and can tahan so long =X Lunch was awesome. We ate burgers made by chef Daniel lol! After lunch we did repelling aka abscaling. It was pretty fun yet scary at the same time. Not tiring fortunately. Dinner was fried rice =D Best food throughout the whole camp.

Day9
We kayakked back to OBS. This time it only took an hour because we weren't fighting the currents anymore. The day was mostly spent thinking up our presentation for our BBQ night. We ended up singing the liverpool song, with changing the lyrics here and there. for example, instead of you will never walk alone. We chnaged it to 'You will never TREK alone'. So at night we ate BBQ and slept at 2am XD

Day10
Closing ceremony. Bought some shirts and a cap as souvenirs. Dad came to fetch at 11am. We drove to Ipoh to eat.... and went home..... safe and sound. hahaha. =)

Heyy!! I am soooo bored at home. There's nothing much to do... I'm downloading gossip girl so i can watch it... I think gossip girl wasn't very bad... but my sis(tze ying) hates it. She said the show is full of b*tches... Hahaha. Can u guys recommend some drama series???

Oh, and i just cut my hair today.... There's this saloon near my hse called Trio Hair Studio. They have this promotion going on called lunch rush. It costs Rm38 for wash, blow and cut. Quite cheap.. My sis n I went to the saloon. It was the quitest saloon i hv ever been. We were the only customers. Probably that's y they had a promotion. I had my hair cut till shoulder length n i looked weird. Somehow i look abit diff in the pic. I think i might stay at home for a few days until my hair grows longer. Hahha.

I just received a letter from my college today... Orientation day is just 20days away... Uh oh.. i hvn buy my textbooks yet.. I hope college is gonna be ok... I'm dropping all my science subjects. Taking economics, accounting n legal studies. Hope that i made the right decisions... I dun think my future occupation is going to be related to science.

My elder sis kept telling me that she wants a poodle (is that how u spell it??). My parents were like what for u want a dog?? Y not u just use the money u spend on a dog on a human instead?? My mum said it's not like a dog can repay u... The way she said about having dogs was like having a disaster. U have to wash it, feed it then they often drop their fur... My dad said some ppl want to have a dog because when u scold them they wont fight back. Really??

Son : (in a sudden fit of jealousy) I ALSO WANT!!

HAHA! the kid was so desperate for attention lol.

you know what sux? listening to the same christmas songs for 8 hours! damn sickening...

then there's this lady who kept asking for L. omg. i so afraid she'd pound me when i said 'no'.

just got back from jus's party. twas fun!! ahaha i like the pool xD and i think this blog was the BEST idea we've had ever! hahah.

anyway this is quite a rubbish post. its just a post to prove i am still around n active haha. and i just realised i am a LAZY photo uploader hahaha so sorry! but i'll make up for it in WORDS.

well this past few days hv been pretty emo for me. yupss some personal stuff but it turned out better than i dared to hope. i hope it'll continue to be okay. i aint proud of the way i handled stuff >< me ="]"><

so i'm getting ready for this big family aussie trip on tues! my family, yen's family, another cousin's family n grandparents!! haha it be going to be fun! haha we shall fun n sun xD hmmm i'll try to put up pics when i get back hehehe. including one of my new laptop. heheh MINE MINE. =]

gtg now! gonna explore the lap top =] =] and teman my lil bro. he's bored n lonely hehe. his HAIR is like a MOP. seriously. i'll take a pic n err put it up someday? hahaha xD try to! take care ppl!

i got a job yo!
tht's what i've been up to!
i work as a sales assistant at Hush Puppies in 1u.
so.. don't come visit me.. jk.
if you do, please buy something and mention how hardworking i am :)
i get paid peanuts (4.50/hr) and i work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
THERE'S NO CHAIR AT THE SHOP. so in other words, working = standing.
i stand 8 hours a day folding clothes and smiling at customers.
BUT i'm not complaining! :D
(actually i think i just did)

After getting turned down several times, i was begining to lose confidence in myself :(
let's see, i got rejected at a pharmacist, clinic, over the phone (wtf), music shop, and tropicana life (stupid brand).
so i'm kinda happy i nailed this job...

ok i'm off. just finished the first day, and i'm gonna massage my feet.

The twins, Yin Yee and Yin Ling had their party on the 7th of this month. Ice skating was hell for me as it was for Leng Lei I suppose. So yeah. Anyhoo, I'm very lazy to talk/type/write whatever. So I'll just post up them pictures! Hehe.

then from kimmy's place she drove alanna, caroline n i to 1u..
at 2 we did nails n hair n make up..

we arrived at shangri-la around er.. let me think.. 8pm gua..
then we were all screaming in the car cuz we were so excited n scared at the same time..
we arrived took the lift n kim n alanna walked out first but caroline puleed me bak in
n we ended up in the lobby's toilet..
spent about 15 mins convincing her that she's not about to die n she's not fugly or anythin..

finally prom went on.. quite cool..
no comments..

wahahaha =P well well after Lu Min's looooong post. which btw we don't mind do we? haha not like anybody reads this blog. yet. I'll keep mine short then! =p

Anyways most of my happenings have already been posted by Leng-Lei and Sara I guess hehe. So tomorrow I'm going for my CKS old school mates gathering at Pavilion. Right now, it just seems so far away. I mean, there have been people even since standard 1.. like Sheng Feng, Ching Yoon, Mei Li, Jin Shuen for instance. Then when we came to WMS we kind of drifted apart a little I guess. Yet we will always know where we came from, and like Brian said in his awesome slideshow.. we're all IRREPLACABLE. And of course the same will apply to peeps from WMS and the future people we shall eventually encounter.

And I'm really glad everybody's actively participating in this blog so that we can keep in touch and know what's going on in each other's lives =) Hopefully. Well.. life's like that. Hehe. So anyways this Friday I'll be going off to OBS. 24th family trip to China. I'll only be back New Year's Day. Let's see what interesting stories I'll fish out this holiday =P Keep me posted on what's happening with you guys yeah!

SO! prom. was last night. and i think it was pretty great! i mean as great as a prom can be, just a chance to like let go and enjoy ourselves! n of course an excuse to dress up like mad once in a lifetime since i've nvr dressed up so much before xD not sure abt u guys . anyway congrats to all the organisers! thx for all the hard work u guys put in. think it must be pretty stressing to try to put on a prom n live up to ppl's expectations. haha but i think if we dont expect too much n just be ready to enjoy wtv with your friends it's seriously enjoyable. it was for me anyway n THANKS TO ALL U GUYS WHO MADE IT GREAT FOR ME =] =] u know who you are! i think. right? haha.

okok i'll give u guys a brief play by play of the day. n for UR benefit tll!! missed ya there man would've loved to dress YOU up hahahaha. how's ur ankle btw? how can u sprain it and not know? xD anyway yest tz , yen and kay came over to my hse to get ready and stuff. and of course we did the required checking out of each other's dresses n crap n modelling hahah. sounds bimbo but everyone deserves to be a bimbo for a day!! thats PROM after all. LOL. okay! so we went to a cut above for our hair and i looove the way they did my hair!! sry for being perasan! but its the only hair style so far in my life that kinda suits my face. hehee. makes it less ROUND/SQUARE. and kay's hair was so cute hahaha kinda like the 70's.

and thenn we went back to my hse n had this makeup artist do our make up. i NEED to learn some make up skills from her! she did it so naturally n not much colour but it kinda enhanced our features. was trying to explain this to my maid but all i could think of was terang and bersih. lol. oh well! no more bm EVER. wheee! anyway her name is Nicole from bobbi brown n she is GOOD. it was damn fun to watch her do it. i cant help but wonder if i'll ever get to the stage where all this make up stuff comes naturally n i naturally know how to SHOP n talk fashion! must aim to be woman of ze world. ahahha.

well THEN we got there kinda late at abt 8. my dad was there earlier to take really pro pics to commemorate our prom! but the poor guy had no business! think ppl were too self conscious to go up to him to take pics. and he set up all his umbrellas and stuff! pfft u guys! din help my dad out! hahaha. so i was rushing to shangrila since my dad called me and complained haha. reached there and did some super quick advertising for him xD thanks to all u guys who posed for my dad! i'll try to upload the pics on facebook but i think some pics should be at his site www.flickr.com/wyluxx

it was SO COOL to go there and see everyone all dressed to the nines! the guys in their suits were QUITE cool for once in their lives lol. jk jk. and all the dresses were so colourful n well everyone just looked incredible. haha loved katherine's dress, super elegant! mei li's was nice too. i might hv some pics somewhere i'll try to dig em up later =] so yeah the songs were greatt bttr than last year's i heard and the dancing was well REALLY fun hahaha though i cant dance to save my life!! but esm can dance!! dunno if im being bias but hehee. but dancing with him was kinda LIBERATING? yep. hilarious too~! haha n everyone else was just simply dancing so yeah no point being self conscious lol. n it was soo great just to be with all our friends n have fun ahha. wish that feeling would nvr go away!

yea and when things were winding down i sat on this couch with esm n we talked. CONTRARY to what ppl thought we just TALKED. lol. okay its kinda weird for me to talk abt this kind of stuff here but i'll do my best but prob i won't bare all. heheh. yeah so the seas hv been kinda stormy.. i really dunno where we're headed. and last night we tried to talk abt it and it was really nice sitting there with him and just discussing it. quite the mature. it was dark so we could talk straight to the point. i just felt really comfortable there amidst all the arguments we'd been having lately. lol. but now im just more confused then ever! he said sometimes last year was fun cause we joked a lot more. i guess that's true in a way but if we do end i'll miss him being there for me all the time! haha ok i'll spare u guys the emoness n crap. will talk to him.. n maybe let u guys know the outcome? ahha.

well all in all prom had everything it needed! good friends, good songs, hype, hang loose-ing, glam and errr romance hahahha. ok ok. though my feet killed me! freakin high heels lol. halfway through i saw most of the girls walking ard bare footed. u guys hv no idea how lucky u are! haha. well i din really get emo at the end of prom cause somehow last night i felt like connected with everyone. the together-ness spirit was so strong so its kinda hard to believe that it'll all disappear and i prob wont see some of u guys again. pfft. HOW EMOFYING HUH. err ok i just suddenly ran dry of wat i wanted to say. i had a LOT to say just now i dunno where it all went.

haha i'll post again if it comes back to me! and i am a blogger JAKUN so i'm gonna to try to look pro by colouring my font. hehee. as for prom pics i dont have them yet but i'll post em up later.

esm if ur reading this i want u to know that its not ur fault!! and i really love and treasure the times i hv with u so dont worry ok! know u'll beat urself up haha. but wtv happens u'll always hv special place in my heart!! how cliche is that? but its furreal. haha xD hmm u dunno how much impact u've had on me n i sometimes might not show my emotions enough haha. so im sorry for my crap esmondebbxP lol.sry guys i subjected u to my lil outburst. just had to get it out. =]

Yesterday, I went to Sunway Pyramid with Kay hwa, Atalie, Katherine, Huey ru, Shea li, Justina, Sue Vern, Alan, Yi Siang, YL and YY lil' sister, and YY's boyfriend.
ice skated and killed my feet.
fell down 4 times and a 10 year old gal offered to teach me how to ice skate.
so nice, her name's Nita the aspiring novelist.

After 4 hours or so of ice skating, we ate at Mr. Teppanyaki and played pool.
THEN we saw this below 12 year old kid smoking. wtf! before i could take a pic, he ran away..
then we went to YY and YL's house. pikkuan joined us there.
ate dinner, gambled, and sang happy birthday!!

i cant think anymore. it was a lot more fun then it seems.
i found out this morning that i sprained my ankle lol.
at least now i can proudly say that i know how to skate, though badly!

oh yea.
a major flaw in this blog template is that it doesnt show the date!
so dumb! so i put the title as the date.

ANYHOOO, i'm off to penang tomorrow with my family until sunday, PLUS SARA THIS TIME! yes the former mongoloid heheh. her eye is healing up quite nicely now so she has gone back to looking as normal as she was before, however much that is anyway hehe.
